01. About these terms
These proposed terms cover the website of the robot works, including its blog, media, and contact page. They do not cover ownership or operation of a robot, a purchase, or participation in a future beta.
The legal name of the website operator will be added before these terms take effect. Separate terms would be provided for any future product or beta program.
02. Goose is in development
Goose is a prototype. Concept images illustrate a design direction, and the demonstrations currently on this website show a robot operated remotely by a person. They do not establish autonomous behavior.
Descriptions of our ambitions, research, and possible capabilities are not promises of product availability, performance, pricing, or a release date. Designs and plans may change as development continues.
03. Previous beta interest
The previous Foster a Goose form collected registrations of interest. The contact page now replaces that form. A previous submission does not create a purchase, reservation, confirmed beta place, or obligation to participate.
The previous form required an email address and permission for beta contact. If you contact the team, please provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Avoid including confidential information or sensitive details about other people, including children.
Locations, timing, eligibility, and participation arrangements have not yet been determined. If a potential opportunity arises, the team may contact you with information so you can decide whether to take part.
04. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages. Please use the website lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of others.
- Do not attempt to access private applications, unpublished content, or team administration without permission.
- Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, or bypass its security or abuse-prevention measures.
- Do not submit impersonations, spam, or information you do not have permission to provide.
Team sign-in is for authorized administrators. Access to the hosting or sign-in service may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
05. Content and rights
The website includes text, software, designs, photographs, videos, and branding owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Viewing or linking to a page does not transfer ownership of that material or grant permission to use someone’s likeness, trademarks, or work in your own advertising.
You retain your rights in information you submit. Submitting beta interest permits the team to use those details to review your interest and contact you for that purpose, as described in Privacy & Cookies. It does not authorize publication of your submission as a testimonial.
